Mr. Barnhart also <br />reviewed the changes made to the development as a result of the January worksession <br />discussion. <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing opened public hearings on the Conditional Use Permit, Planned Unit <br />Development, and the Preliminary Plat approval. CU 06-02 SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF <br />THE PUD DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT.
