BLACK That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE % of SW %) of Section 35, Township 33, Range 26, Sherbume County, Minnesota, lying South of the old Hildreth Road going between Elk River and Burns, (now known as County State Aid Road 12), Which lies within a strip of land 36.576 meters (120.00 feet) in width, the centerline of which is described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, Range 26, Sherburne County, Minnesota; thence North 89 degrees 38 minutes 23 seconds West, an assumed bearing along the North line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, a distance of 387.067 meters (1269.90 feet) to the actual point of beginning of said centerline to be hereinafter described; thence Northwesterly and Northerly, a distance of 111.136 meters (364.62 feet), along a non-tangential curve, concave to the Northeast, having a radius of 250.000 meters (820.21 feet), a central angle of 25 degrees 28 minutes 14 seconds and a chord bearing of North 14 degrees 36 minutes 04 seconds West; thence North 01 degree 51 minutes 56 seconds West, tangent to said last described curve, a distance of 621.908 meters (2040.37 feet); thence Northerly and Northeasterly, a distance of 110.832 meters (363.62 feet), along a tangential curve concave to the Southeast having a radius of 182.880 meters (600.00 feet) and a central angle of 34 degrees 43 minutes 25 seconds; thence North 32 degrees 51 minutes 28 seconds East, tangent to said last described curve, a distance of 56.000 meters (183.73 feet) and there terminating. Said strip of land is to extend by its full width from the South line of said Southwest Quarter of Section 35 to the Southwesterly right-of-way line of said County State Aid Highway No. 12.
