MULVANEY AND LOUISE MULVANEY That part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Thirty- three (33), Range Twenty-six (26), Sherburne County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest comer of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty-five (35) Township Thirty-three (33) Range Twenty-six (26) and running North on the Section line ter{ and 24/10 (10.24) chains; thence East, parallel with the North line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter twenty (20) chains to the East line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence South on the 1/16 section line to the center of the town road known as the Hildreth road; thence North 51 degrees West along the center line of the Town Road to the place of beginning, excepting therefrom a strip of land ten (10) rods wide on the East side thereof.
