EXHIBIT A LEGAL DESCRIPTION TO THE EASEMENT TRACT Perpetual easement for public utility and drainage purposes over, under, and across that part of the following described property: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW % of SW ~) of Section Two (2), Township Thirty-two (32), Range Twenty-six (26), in Sherbume County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the Northeasterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highways No. 10, as presently located and established, and the Northerly right-of-way line of the Town Road, said Northerly right-of-way line being 66 feet North of the South line of said Section 2; thence Northwesterly along said right-of-way line 400 feet to the actual point of beginning of the land to be described; Thence continuing along said Northeasterly right-of-way line 175.00 feet; thence Northeasterly at right angles from said right-of-way line 497.83 feet; thence Southeasterly parallel with said Northeasterly right-of-way line 175.00 feet; thence Southwesterly at right angles 497.83 feet to the point of beginning. VVhich lies within the following perpetual easement for utility and drainage purposes.
