EXHIBIT a LEGAL DESCRIPTION TO THE EASEMENT TRACT Perpetual easement for public utility and drainage purposes over, under, and across that part of the following described property: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW ~ of SW N) of Section Two (2), Township Thirty-two (32), Range Twenty-six (26), in Sherbume County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the Northeasterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highways No's. 10, 52, and 169 as presently located and established, and the Northerly right-of-way line of the Township Road, said Northerly right-of-way line being 66 feet North of the South line of said Section 2; thence Northwesterly along said right-of-way line and an extension thereof a distance of 575 feet, thence Northeasterly at right angles a distance of 30 feet to intersect said Northeasterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highways No's. 10, 52, and 169 and the actual point of beginning of the land to be described; Thence continuing Northeasterly from the point of beginning, and at right angles to said Northeasterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highways No's. 10, 52, and 169 a distance of 300.00 feet, thence Northwesterly at right angles a distance of 90 feet, thence Southwesterly at right angles a distance of 300.00 feet to intersect said right-of-way line at a point 90 feet Northwest of the point of beginning, thence Southeasterly to the point of beginning, containing 0.967 acres more or less. VVhich lies within the following perpetual easement for utility and drainage purposes.
