EXHIBIT A LEGAL DESCRIPTION TO THE EASEMENT TRACT: Perpetual easement for public utility and drainage purposes over, under, and across that part of the following described property: The North 390.64 feet of the South 570.89 feet of the West 446.04 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 32, Range 26, Sherbume County, Minnesota, and the East 60 feet of the West 225 feet of the South 180.25 feet of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter. EXCEPT the South' 33 feet thereof taken for a Township Road now 'known as 171 st Street N.W. Which lies within the following perpetual easement for utility and drainage purposes: A strip of land 9.000 meters (29.53 feet) in width'over that.part of said North 390.64 feet of the South 570.89 feet of the West 446.04 feet and also over that part of said East 60 feet of the West 225 feet of the South 180.25 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter. Which lies Easterly, Northerly and Easterly of the following described line: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said North 390.64 feet of the South 570.89 feet of the West 446.04 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 51 minutes 03 seconds West, on an assumed bearing along the West line of said North 390.64 feet of the South 570.89 feet of the West 446.04 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 116.197 meters (381.22 feet); thence North 89 degrees 41 minutes 02 seconds East, a distance of 54.831 meters (179.89 feet); thence South 00 degrees 33 minutes 03 seconds West, a distance of 50.000 meters (164.04 feet) and there terminating.
