Assisted with redevelopment of the Federal Building for a technology <br />business. <br />. Numerous financing packages for expanding businesses - including funds <br />from the Minnesota Community Capital Fund, Minnesota Investment Fund <br />and tax abatement from JOBZ. <br />. Comprehensive array of affordable housing programs - senior, single family, <br />multi-family and mixed use housing projects, including both rental and <br />ownership programs.
