<br /> <br />Project Management <br /> <br />The Proiect Manal!er: <br /> <br />. Acts as the single point of contact for working with LETG <br /> <br />. Has sufficient authority and responsibility to make decisions on a day-to- <br />day basis about the project <br /> <br />. Coordinales the aClivities of the LETG personnel and resources <br /> <br />. Provides sufficient resources to implement the operational use of the <br />system <br /> <br />. Secures contract change approvals as required <br />. Defines resources required to support the project. At a minimum it is <br />expected that the project will require a System Administrator, Database <br />Administrator, Application Specialist, and Application Trainers. <br /> <br />Vendor's Scope of Work <br /> <br />LETG will make available for this project, our expert staff of highly qualified <br />individuals directly involved with Public Safety systems sales, support and <br />development. With the LETG system we are proposing an integrated state-of- <br />the.art solution that meets and in many cases exceeds the requirements <br />requested. Our proposal includes a system designed to provide Police, Fire, <br />Emergency Medical Services, and OES including Hazardous Materials, <br />natural and man-made disasters dispatching. The system solution from LETG <br />is a turnkey proposal with software, interfaces, implementation and on-going <br />remote software and on-site support. <br /> <br />Prime Contractor Responsibilitv <br /> <br />Equipment, materials, and services provided by a third party for this contract <br />will be managed by the Elk River Police Department or by LETG as systems <br />integrator, whichever best fits the need. LETG as prime contractor for the <br />project will manage the procurement of all proposed products and services. In <br />this role, LETG will be the sole point of contact with regard to contractual <br />issues including payment of any and all charges resulting from the purchase of <br />the proposed hardware, software, and services. LETG takes full responsibility <br />for the demonstration, delivery, installation, and acceptance testing of all <br />items proposed.
