<br /> <br />RESOLUTION 07-_ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Elk River that the street <br />hereinafter described should be designated Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions <br />of Minnesota law. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, that the roads described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />. That part of Sherburne County Highways 33 and 77 described as <br />follows: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of V.S. <br />Highway No. 169 and with the centerline of Sherburne County <br />Highway No. 77 being located on the North line of the Northeast <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 33, <br />Range 33, Range 26, Sherburne County, Minnesota; thence west <br />along said centerline of Sherburne County Highway No. 77 to the <br />northwest comer of said Section 15; thence south along the west line <br />of said Section 15, being the centerline of said Sherburne County <br />Highway No. 33, to the intersection with the Westerly tight of way <br />line of said V.S. Highway No. 169 and there tenninating. <br /> <br />be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid <br />street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of <br />Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of <br />Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the <br />designation of said road or portion thereof, that the same be instructed, <br />improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Elk <br />River to be numbered and known as Municipal Sate Aid Route. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 5th day of March, 2007. <br /> <br />Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk <br /> <br />$: \EngineerImptovProj\2006 Improvement Projects \CH 33-CH 77 Realignment\Resolution Establishing MSA Route.doc <br />
