<br />BROOKINGS- TWIN CITIES DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT 4B <br />OPEN PARTICIPANTS - MONTHLY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT CAPITAL <br />COSTS <br /> <br />"Monthly Development Project Capital Costs" shall mean all of CMMP A's Development <br />Project Costs not funded from the proceeds of Bonds and not included in Non-Debt <br />Related Monthly Development Project Cost that are paid or incurred by CMMP A during <br />each month of each Contract Year in connection with the Development Project on behalf <br />of the Open Participants. Monthly Development Project Capital Costs shall not include <br />CMMP A's Development Project costs that are paid or incurred by CMMP A during each <br />month of each Contract Year in connection with the Development Project on behalf of <br />the Agency Participants. <br /> <br />Open Participants shall be responsible for paying their Election Share of Monthly <br />Development Project Capital Costs.
