Project Narrative UnitedHealth Group Next Technology Center Southeast Quadrant of Waco Street and Business Center Drive Elk Path Business Center Fifth Addition Prepared By: RLK Incorporated January 31, 2007 For Administrative Subdivision Introduction The City of Elk River approved the Administrative Subdivision and Final Plat at the January 16,2007, City Council meeting. This application requests the creation of Elk Path Business Center Fifth Addition in order to identify Sherburne County's remnant parcel of Outlot A, which is currently identified as Lot 2, Block 1 of Elk Path Business Center Fourth Addition, to Outlot A of Elk Path Business Center Fifth Addition. Project Request Replat Lot 2, Block I of Elk Path Business Center Fourth Addition to Outlot A of Elk Path Business Center Fifth Addition. See attached sketch. Background When the final plat was submitted on January 11 t\ the document identified the remnant portion of Outlot A as Lot 2, Block 1 of Elk Path Business Center Fourth Addition. In conversations with Sherburne County, the property owner, it is not their intent to develop this property at this time and thus leave the property identified as an outlot. The City has identified an Administrative Subdivision as the proper vehicle to perform this change. It is anticipated that action will be taken on this request at the February 20, 2007 City Council meeting.
