BLOCK 1 <br /> <br />A 20.00 foot wide drainage and utility easement over, under and across that part of Lot 1, <br />Block 1, ELK PATH BUSINESS CENTER FOURTH ADDITION, as depicted and <br />dedicated by the plats of ELK PATH BUSINESS CENTER THIRD ADDITION, ELK <br />PATH BUSINESS CENTER SECOND ADDITION and ELK PATH BUSINESS <br />CENTER, according to the recorded plats thereof, Sherburne County, Minnesota, lying <br />10.00 feet on either side of a centerline described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the southwest comer of said Lot 1; thence on an assumed bearing of North <br />00 degrees 43 minutes 48 seconds West along the west line of said Lot 1, a distance of <br />416.90 feet to the point of beginning of the centerline to be described; thence North 89 <br />degrees 16 minutes 12 seconds East, a distance of 426.95 feet; thence North 00 degrees 07 <br />minutes 14 seconds East, a distance of 447.93 feet to the north line of said Lot 1 and there <br />terminating. <br /> <br />Except that portion of said easement lying westerly of a line that is offset 10.00 feet easterly <br />of the west line of said Lot 1, and that portion of said easement lying northerly of a line that <br />is offset 10.00 feet southerly of the north line of said Lot 1. <br />
