This meeting will not address the issue of <br />whether or not there should be commercial development of the site. The meeting will be <br />held at the following place and time: <br /> <br />Elk River Lions Park Center <br />1104 Lions Park Drive <br />December 11, 2003 at 6:30 pm <br /> <br />MRED has proposed the property be rezoned to Planned Unit Development (PUD) with a <br />commercial designation rather than to C-3 Commercial Highway Business.
