<br />Minutes <br />Elk River Library Board Meeting <br />November 28, 2006 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Ann Schroeder, Karen Stelk, Allison <br />Olson, John Dietz, Mike Hangaard and Donna Martin were in attendance. Bill <br />Maertz from the City was also present. <br /> <br />Bill gave us an update on construction. It started yesterday and is about 2 wks <br />behind but should be able to catch up. We will receive a $40,000 credit for the <br />Econaire pumps and they have met the warranty requirements that were specified. <br /> <br />Jenny from KKE will be the project manager; all things will go through her. <br /> <br />John gave us an update on the property sale. The vacant lot was sold to Habitat for <br />Humanity for $20,000. The Bailey house will be sent out to the top 5 brokers. <br /> <br />The agenda was adopted, Allison made a motion and Mike seconded to approve the <br />minutes from October and the Treasurer's report. <br /> <br />No correspondence, suggestion box or Librarian's report since Mick was not able to <br />attend. <br /> <br />Ann formally made a motion to "thank" Allison for her years of service. <br /> <br />Allison made a move to adjourn and Karen seconded it at 6:50pm. <br />
