With the downtown <br />revitalization bringing in residents, staff would like to apply for a MN DNR Local Trail Connections <br />Grant for a downtown trail to Babcock Park. This trail would be used by both residents and downtown <br />workers either for exercise or leisure walks. <br /> <br />Discussion <br />The estimated cost of project is approximately $300,000.
