Case No. AS 07-01-Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mr. Barnhart reviewed the applicant's request for a land use amendment, zone change, <br />administrative subdivision, and conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing opened the public hearing for the requests by the applicant. There being no <br />one to speak to this issue, Mayor Klinzing closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing stated this is a great project for Elk River. <br /> <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER GUMPHREY AND SECONDED BY <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 07-11 AMENDING <br />THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO CHANGE THE LAND USE FROM <br />COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL, CASE NO.
