Who We Are . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . BWBR Architects is an architectural and interior design firm with a diverse practice dating back to the 1920s. The employee-owned firm has a staff of 127, was named a "Great Place to Work" by The Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal in 2003, and has ranked in the top five on The Business Journals annual "Top 25 List of Architectural Firms" for the last several years. We have built our business by cultivating long-term relationships - in 2005, repeat clients comprised 95% of the firm's workload, which approaches $300 million in construction annually. BWBR has been steadily involved in the design of recreation and community centers over the past 30 years. Our YMCA and community center work has established a standard for this type of recreational building. Our recent experience includes work with the YMCA of Metropolitan Minneapolis, the YMCA of Greater Saint Paul, the Red Wing Family YMCA, the City of Shoreview's Community Center, the City of Ramsey Community Center, three City of Saint Paul neighborhood recreation centers, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Saint Paul.
