We manage an average workload of between $150 million and $300 million in construction costs each year. We have a highly successful, thriving practice and are proud to be able to say that, with all this project activiry, our legal record remains untarnished. II' Repeat clients have consistently accounted for roughly 80% of our work over the years, which we see as a testament to our commitment to client satisfaction. BWBR has never been dismissed by a client during the course of a project, although on a couple of occasions on long-distance projects, we and the client have agreed to assign the final construction administration stages of the work to a local firm. The only twO times BWBR has ever been involved in litigation involve proceedings brought by counry governments for buildings that developed leaks more than a decade after occupancy. Both cases were dismissed prior to trial. We have never in the course of our 80-year history had to tap into our professional liability insurance to settle a claim. Accordingly, we have one of the lowest professional insurance rates of any architectural firm in the area. We are very proud of this record.
