ZC 07- 02 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. The du y adopted Zoning Map of the City of Elk River is hereby <br />amended to rezone the proper .es described as: <br /> <br />Exhibit A <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />The rezoning i~ being approved based on the following findings: <br /> <br />1. The proposed BP ZOI ring is consistent with the proposed land use of Light <br />Industrial. <br />2. The proposed zoni~ will eliminate a situation where a lot has split zoning. <br />3. The proposed BP zo ring is compatible with the zoning of the majority of the <br />parcel. <br /> <br />Section 3.
