A tree preservation and mitigation plan shall be submitted at the time of final plat <br />application. With the goal of minimizing removal and showing replacement. <br />11. The required landscape trees shall be installed by the developer (2 on interior lots and 4 on <br />corner lots). <br />12. All required subdivision shall be provided in an electronic format (.dwg file) as required by <br />the City Ordinance and Land Use Application prior to recording of the plat. <br />13. Park dedication shall be in the form of cash at the rate applicable at the time of final plat <br />approval. <br />14. A seal coat fee shall be paid, at the rate applicable at the time of final plat approval, prior to <br />releasing the plat for recording. <br />15. A letter of credit in the amount of 100% of the cost of the improvements shall be submitted <br />prior to the releasing of the plat for recording. <br />16. The applicant shall execute a developer's agreement outlining the terms and conditions of <br />approval. <br />17. Approved Street Signage plan shall be submitted prior to Final Plat application. <br />18. Any item or condition found that indicates the site is likely to yield information important to <br />prehistory or history shall be reported to the city immediately. Further, the city reserves the <br />right to stop work authorized in its approval until the site is appropriately investigated and <br />work is authorized to continue by the city. <br />19.
