Specifically, comments were raised regarding the development of <br />adjacent parcels, proposed and future street connections, tree removal, and cluster <br />development; therefore, additional plans and information are needed.. <br /> <br />This letter is intended to provide staff comments and requests and provide additional <br />information regarding this application. Based on the Preliminary plan received on July 31, <br />2006, staff is not in support of the proposal. We are working toward an October 10,2006 <br />Planning Commission meeting date, which would require revised plans submitted no later <br />than September 25, 2006. <br /> <br />Additional comments and requirements are as follows: <br /> <br />Timeline <br />As mentioned above, an October 10, 2006 Planning Commission meeting is anticipated, <br />therefore the additional plans should be submitted prior to the September 25th deadline. <br /> <br />Lots <br />1. Please provide a table indicating the legal description and lot size. <br /> <br />2. Demonstrate that Lot 3, Block 2, has 1 acre of contiguous land, void of wetlands or <br />timber areas. <br /> <br />3. Lot 2, Block 3, should show primary and secondary septic locations. <br /> <br />4.
