Pay Estimates <br /> <br />Councilmember Farber questioned if funds have been set aside to pay for the rest of the <br />unfinished items in the Highland Avenue Reconstruction project. He stated there are still <br />some cracked driveways, sod, and signage issues that need to be resolved. <br /> <br />It was the consensus of the Council to discuss the Highland Avenue project and pay <br />estimates at the December 4, 2006 City Council meeting when the city engineer can be <br />present. <br /> <br /> <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER FARBER AND SECONDED BY <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUMPHREY TO APPROVE THE PAY ESTIMATES AS <br />OUTLINED IN THE STAFF REPORT WTH THE EXCEPTION OF THE <br />HIGHLAND AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
