<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River has determined that Ordinance 06-14 should be <br />published in summary form. <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE #06 -14 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />ADOPTING THE 2007 FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br />The City of Elk River does ordain: <br /> <br />On December 4,2006, the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance 06-14 <br />adopting the 2007 fee schedule. This Master Fee Schedule, referred to as Exhibit A, B, C, <br />and D, has some slight increases. To be increased: park dedication fees; surface water <br />management impact fees; SAC; businesses/contractors listings; maps; subdivision <br />exemptions; and escrows for consulting services dealing with zoning/planning applications. <br />New charges: NPDES Inspection Permits; above ground swimming pool permit; and fire <br />sprinkler inspection. Charges reduced: sign permits and lot dimension parcel information. <br /> <br />A printed copy of the full text of the Ordinance and 2007 Master Fee Schedule, <br />referred to as Exhibit A, B, C, and D, is available for public inspection at the office of the <br />Elk River City Clerk, 13065 Orono Parkway, during regular business hours - 8:00 a.m. to <br />4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. <br /> <br />This summary of Ordinance 06-14 has been approved by the City Council, by at <br />least four-fifths vote, on December 4, 2006.
