<br />. <br /> <br />The section on capital improvements has been refIned differentiating between structural and <br />programming capital improvements. Although the language has changed, the basic concept is the <br />same as before. It requires capital improvements be made as necessary and the YMCA pay for all <br />of those costs unless notice of termination has been made. The payment provisions differ <br />depending upon whether the YMCA or the EDA requested termination and whether the <br />improvement was approved by the EDA. <br /> <br />Please review the attached MOU carefully because, as I stated, this will be the basis for drafting the lease <br />between the YMCA, City, and EDA. If you need clarifIcation or have questions on the MOU, please <br />contact Peter Beck or me.
