6. Part-Time Police Reserves are required to serve in both a volunteer and a paid capacity. Police Reserves shall be paid $12.77 per hour for the hours that are to be paid as determined by the Police Chief. 7. Part-Time, Seasonal and Temporary Park and Recreation employees shall be paid in accordance with the following schedule: Position Recreation Program Assistant Recreation Program Supervisor/Lead Club House Attendant Golf Course Grounds Crew Golf Instructor Seasonal Park Laborer Ice Arena Worker One Ice Arena Worker Two Ice Arena Worker Three Ice Arena Cashier Hourly Rate $7.00 - 10.00 $10.00 -15.00 $8.50 - 11.50 $9.50 - 12.50 $10.00 - 15.00 $9.50 - 12.50 $8.00 - 8.75 $7.00 - 7.75 $6.50 - 7.25 $7.00 - 7.75 Recreation Program Assistant and Program Supervisor/Lead employees will receive an increase on June 1 provided they worked 250 hours in the previous year and had satisfactory performance. Club House Attendant, Golf Course Grounds Crew, and Golf Instructor employees will receive an increase at the beginning of the season provided satisfactory performance. Seasonal Park Laborers will receive an increase at the beginning of the season provided satisfactory performance. Ice Arena Worker One, Two and Three, and Ice Arena Cashier employees will receive an increase for each additional year the employee works for the Ice Arena. Increases will be given on the fIrst day of the fIrst full pay period of the calendar year provided satisfactory performance.
