<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />06-126 <br /> <br />The reasons and facts supporting the findings for the approval of the Sherburne County HRA Redevelopment Plan for <br />Redevelopment District No.1 and the Project Plan for the Technology Center, as required pursuant to the applicable <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.027 and 469.028, Subdivision 2 are as follows: <br /> <br />1. Finding that the Redevelopment District No.1 and the Project Planfor the Technology Center coriforms to <br />the general plan for the development or redevelopment of the municipality as a whole. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the Plan on November 14,2006, and found that the Plan conforms to the <br />general development plan of the City and is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />2. Finding that Redevelopment District No. 1 and the Project Plan for the Technology Center will afford <br />maximum opportunity, consistent with the sound needs of the City as a whole, for the development or <br />redevelopment of Redevelopment District No. 1 by private enterprise. <br /> <br />The Redevelopment District No.1 and the Project Plan for the Technology Center will result in increased <br />employment in the City and the State of Minnesota, an increased tax base of the State, and add a high quality <br />development to the City. <br />
