After receiving <br />this recommendation and meeting with staff, the applicant agreed to table the item until the December 4, <br />2006 City Council meeting, to allow staff to address issues and provide information raised by the <br />Planning Commission, in anticipation the Council may share these same issues and desire this same <br />information. <br /> <br />The Council is asked to open the public hearing and continue the public hearing to the December 4, 2006 <br />Council meeting.
