Mr. Tire is a competitor of Tires Plus, and in no way connected with <br />them. We cannot comment on the appearance of their facility or its operation. <br /> <br />The existing Northtown store located on Highway 10 in Blaine is one of Tires Plus <br />early locations. It is a "totally inadequate facility by today's standards. Tires Plus <br />has, for a long time, wanted to expand and upgrade their store at its present site <br />but, were precluded from doing so by the size of the site and the requirements of <br />the City Zoning Code. To be able to present their desired image, and provide a <br />modern up to date facility for their customers, Tires Plus has entered into an <br />agreement with Shamrock Development of Coon Rapids to develop a new eight <br />bay superstore. This will be located just north of the Target store on Highway 47, <br />just a few blocks from the present location.
