e e e . The trunk sanitary sewer and water are proposed to stop at the east edge of the County Administration property. However, a corridor should be acquired to facilitate the extension westerly of these utilities in the future to serve the remainder of the Western Area. This corridor should be from east to west across the County Administration property and should be a minimum of 60 feet in width. IX, COST The estimated costs for the improvements discussed in this report are presented in Tables 1-4. Table 5 shows a summary of all the costs listed in Tables 1-4. The total project cost includes the estimated construction cost plus 28 percent for overhead, which includes City administration, engineering, fiscal, and legal costs. No costs have been included for the acquisition of right-of-ways, utility or drainage easements. TABLE 1.
