<br /> <br />TO WHOM IT ~~y CONCERN: <br /> <br />This le't'ter is 'to inform you that Sandpiper Estates is within <br />the City sewer and water district. Therefore, the possibility <br />of these services being extended to the area at sometime in the <br />future does exist. Property owners may be able to split these <br />101:s to help pay for the assessments if the house is located to <br />one side of the lot. In addition, the house will need to meet <br />the side yard setback of 10 feet from the future lot line. <br /> <br />In order to subdivide the lots, approval of an administrative <br />subdivision must be received from the City Council. The City <br />now requires single family lots to be 10,000 sq. ft. with 80 <br />ft. of frontage.
