Identification will be required from all parties required to sign documents at closing. <br /> <br />2. Proper instrument(s) creating the estate or interest to be insured must be executed and duly filed for <br />record to wit: <br /> <br />a. Warranty Deed from to D.R. Horton, Inc.- Minnesota conveying Fee Simple title to subject <br />property . <br /> <br />b. Security Deed from D.R. Horton, Inc.- Minnesota to securing subject Loan. <br />a. Well Disclosure and Certificate of Real Estate Value must be presented with all deeds to be recorded. <br />b. The Company should be provided evidence that association dues are paid. <br />c. The search of the subject property reveals no open mortgages of record, please advise the Company of <br />any open mortgages prior to closing. <br /> <br />d. A Warranty Deed from D.R.
