Construction of Hillside Estates <br />Tenth Addition was completed this past summer. We do not anticipate fInishing the <br />Eleventh or Twelfth Additions for at least another year. Construction of Eagles Marsh 2nd <br />Addition was completed this past summer as well. We do not anticipate fInishing the <br />Third or Fourth Additions for at least another year. Riverside Companies is asking for <br />these extensions to stay in compliance with Minnesota State Statues for platting. It is our <br />understanding that this is a "paperwork" issue that can be handled at the City Council as a <br />consent agenda item.
