<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 94- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATTER <br />OF THE WESTERN AREA 2ND PHASE <br />TRUNK SANITARY SEWER, WATER, STORM SEWER, <br />AND STREET IMPROVEMENT OF 1994 <br /> <br />WHEREAS a public hearing relating to the Western Area 2nd Phase Trunk Sanitary Sewer, <br />Water, Storm Sewer, and Street Improvement has been scheduled and will be held <br />before the Elk River City Council after ten days mailed notice and two weeks <br />published notice of the hearing have been given; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS in order to maintain the option of undertaking this improvement during 1994; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. MSA, Consulting Engineers is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this <br />improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications for the <br />making of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 6th day of June, 1994. <br /> <br />Henry A.
