At that time, the Planning Commission and City Council <br />approved Riverside Development's request to rezone the property from Rle <br />(Single Family Residential) to Planned Unit Development and amend the <br />Comprehensive Land Use Plan from MR (Medium Density Residential) to HB <br /> <br />P.O.
