Box 490 <br /> <br />13065 Orono Park-~\'aj' <br /> <br />Elk River, MN 55330 <br /> <br />Dear Steve: <br /> <br />This letter serves to document our conversation concerning the parking area designated by <br />the Elk River City Council for use by the Sherburne County Growers Association at the Elk River <br />Mall. <br /> <br />The request, submitted by The Growers Association, inadvertently showed an area north <br />of the landscaped island which interferes with the County Market customers.
