CB (Central Business) <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />Report to City Council dated April 18, 1994 <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />At the April 18, 1994, City Council meeting James Rossman proposed a <br />conditional use permit for a zero lot line development for a shared drive and <br />an administrative subdivision to his existing parcel. One of the conditions <br />place on the administrative subdivision was that a detached garage located <br />on parcel B be removed and placed on parcel A prior to the recording of the <br />administrative subdivision. The applicant requested that the detached <br />garage be allowed to remain on parcel B until this site develops. Mr. <br />Rossman also mentioned that it could only be used by the adjoining residents <br /> <br />( <br />P.O.
