Each property will be appraised at the <br />time mortgage insurance is requested. Acceptance of the property <br />will be determined by the assigned appraiser using standard FHA <br />policies and procedures. The cost(s) incurred to meet FHA <br />criteria will be borne either by the current homeowner or the <br />City of Elk River. <br /> <br />It is our understanding that the city of Elk River will <br />continue to submit documentation on remaining lots as it becomes <br />available.
