<br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 94- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION 94-16 <br />AND APPROVING PREMISE PERMIT <br />FOR ELK RIVER YOUTH HOCKEY <br />TO OPERATE CHARITABLE GAMBLING AT <br />DICK'S RIVERFRONT BAR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as requested by the Minnesota Charitable Gambling Board, <br />Resolution 94-16 is hereby repealed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Elk River Youth Hockey organization has reapplied for a <br />premise permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the premise permit would allow the operation of pull-tabs <br />through charitable gambling on the premise; and <br /> <br />e WHEREAS, the premise upon which the gambling will be conducted is <br />Dick's Riverfront Bar located on Main Street in Elk River. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Elk River grants its approval of a Premise Permit to Elk <br />River Youth Hockey to operate charitable gambling at Dick's <br />Riverfront Bar. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 16th day of May, <br />1994. <br /> <br />Henry A.
