FINAL PLAT BE APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND <br />RECORDED WITH SHERBURNE COUNTY. <br /> <br />2. ALL CONDITIONS STATED IN RESOLUTION NO. 93-81 BE <br />COMPLETELY SATISFIED. <br /> <br />3. A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND PUD AGREEMENT FOR <br />ELK PARK CENTER PUD BE APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PLANS BE REVISED IN ACCORDANCE WITH LETTERS FROM <br />STEVE ACH DATED MARCH 24,1994, AND TERRY MAURER, <br />DATED MARCH 22, 1994. <br /> <br />5. ALL RETAINING WALLS SHOULD BE CONSTRUCTED OF A <br />DECORATIVE BLOCK THAT IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE <br />SHOPPING CENTER. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />6. THE NUMBER OF SEMI TRUCKS PARKING WITHIN THE <br />SERVICE AREA BEHIND THE SHOPPING CENTER SHOULD NOT <br />EXCEED THE NUMBER OF OVERHEAD DOORS. <br /> <br />7. ALL LANDSCAPED AREAS BE FULLY IRRIGATED WITH <br />UNDERGROUND IRRIGATION. <br /> <br />8. A TEN (10) FOOT WIDE BITUMINOUS TRAIL BE CONSTRUCTED <br />ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF JACKSON ROAD. <br /> <br />9.
