Consideration should be given to exchanging some deciduous shrubs for more coniferous shrubs. 4. Some overstory trees should be included along 192nd Avenue between Highway 169 and Freeport Avenue. 5. The grading plan does not show berms along Freeport Avenue, these will have to be included and landscaped appropriately. SIGNS 1. The proposed development sign illustrated on Sheet A3.1, meets the sign standards as previously discussed. This sign detail will be incorporated into the Planned Unit Development Agreement and will be presented to the City Council for approval. 2. All signage shown on the building elevations will be accepted as presented. Specific sign criteria will be outlined in the Planned Unit Development Agreement and presented to the City Council for approval. 3. There is a development sign proposed for the northeast corner of Freeport Avenue and Jackson Road. This sign was approved as part of the PUD as being a monument style, not exceeding eight (8) feet in height and sixty-four (64) square feet in area. Any deviation to this will require City Council approval. 4. All signage requirements will be outlined in the Planned Unit Development Agreement for future outlot sights. TRASH ENCLOSURES . 1. All trash enclosures shall be strategically located throughout the service area behind the main shopping center. These enclosures shall be constructed with material that compliment the building and be oriented to provide maximum amount of screening from public view.
