The proposed development sign illustrated on Sheet A3.1, meets the <br />sign standards as previously discussed. This sign detail will be <br />incorporated into the Planned Unit Development Agreement and will <br />be presented to the City Council for approval. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />All signage shown on the building elevations will be accepted as <br />presented. Specific sign criteria will be outlined in the Planned Unit <br />Development Agreement and presented to the City Council for <br />approval. <br /> <br />3. There is a development sign proposed for the northeast corner of <br />Freeport Avenue and Jackson Road. This sign was approved as part of <br />the PUD as being a monument style, not exceeding eight (8) feet in <br />height and sixty-four (64) square feet in area. Any deviation to this <br />will require City Council approval. <br /> <br />4. All signage requirements will be outlined in the Planned Unit <br />Development Agreement for future outlot sights. <br /> <br />TRASH ENCLOSURES <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />All trash enclosures shall be strategically located throughout the <br />service area behind the main shopping center. These enclosures shall <br />be constructed with material that compliment the building and be <br />oriented to provide maximum amount of screening from public view.
