<br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 94-_ <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Elk River, Minnesota that the <br />roads hereafter described should be revoked as Municipal State <br />Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota laws; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Elk River, <br />Minnesota, that the roads described as follows, to wit: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Joplin Street from County Road 30 to 183rd Avenue (MSAS <br />Segment 129-020), 183rd Avenue NW from Waco Street to 350 <br />feet west of Ogden Street (MSAS Segment 113-003), 183rd <br />Avenue NW from 350 feet west of Ogden Street to Naples Street <br />(MSAS Segment 113-004), 183rd Avenue NW from Naples <br />Street to Joplin Street (MSAS Segment 113-005), Smith Street <br />from County Road 33 to County State Aid Highway 21 (MSAS <br />Segment 114-030), Highland Road from County Road No.1 to <br />Proctor Avenue (MSAS Segment 110-010), and Highland Road <br />from Proctor Avenue to Jackson Avenue (MSAS Segment 110- <br />020) be, and hereby are, revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets <br />of Elk River, Minnesota, subject to the approval of the <br />Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of Elk River, Minnesota, <br />is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this <br />resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for consideration. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 21st day of April, 1994. <br /> <br />Henry A.
