Parcel A will measure appro imately 115 feet <br />by 165 feet, and Parcel B will measure approximately 70 et by 165 feet. <br />The proposed development for the new parcels involves a ero lot line for a <br />shared 24 foot wide driveway which can be accommodate through a <br />conditional use permit.
