The American Legion has appropriated up to
$15,000.00 to build a storage building for Troops 90, 99 and 111. The
construction of the building will be done mainly by professional
carpenter/volunteers. Material will be acquired at reduced cost and
the building will be placed on city owned property and maintained by
the Elk River scout troops.

BUILDING

The building will initially be sized at 30 ft. by 60 ft. and
subdivided into three parts, one for each troop. Layout allows for
future expansion for use by other community orientated youth
organizations, as depicted on Plot Plan. Adequate room is set aside for
the existing storm water runoff holding pond on said Lot 4.

COST

e

Building Cost----------------------------------------$10,552.08
Less Discount from River Valley Lumber---------------$-2,132.29
Actual Building Cost---------------------------______$ 8,419.79
Surveying--------------------Donated-----------____$ 0.00
Excavating----------Donated by Phil Huls of P.B.R.-$ 0.00
Footing & Floating Slab by Bob Kopinski------------$ 0.00
Carpenters-Donated (2 from Tr. 90, 1 Am.
