As noted <br />above, impacts are generally found from the traffic, noise, or lighting standpoint. The <br />majority of traffic will utilize 18Sth A,renue NW. The lighting can be controlled through the <br />conditions recommended. <br /> <br />2. To date, staff has <br />not recei1\led any comments for or a"gainst the request. <br /> <br />6.
