In this regard, the Planning Commission has scheduled a special meeting tentatively set for Tuesday, March 29, to review the Elk Park Center site plan. The Council may want to reconsider the date when the School Street citizens are invited in to discuss the street reconstruction options for 1994. If the neighbors are invited in on 3/28, it may confuse the issue and their public comments may not be on the topic at the 3/29 Planning Commission site plan public hearing. It may be more appropriate to move this City Council neighborhood meeting to 4/4 and do as many Annual Reports as possible on 3/28. On the other hand, we may want to be careful on how full the 4/4 agenda is considering the 8:00 scheduled event.
