Caswell, a Licensed Land Surveyor, Minnesota License Number 13057, do hereby certify that I am the surveyor who prepared the plat of HILLSIDE ESTATES 1ST ADDITION, City of Elk River, Sherburne County, Minnesota, which was recorded June 26, 1992 as Document Number 263867, in the office of the County Recorder in and for said Sherburne County. I do hereby also certify that the chord bearing of North 64 degrees 34 minutes 20 seconds East in the 10th line of the legal description on Sheet 1 of 2 of said plat is incorrect. I do hereby also certify that the chord bearing of North 64 degrees 34 minutes 20 seconds East, on the map, along the north line of 193rd Avenue N.W., on Sheet 2 of 2 of said plat is also incorrect.
