New and Pending Projects <br /> <br />Pat Klaers discussed the new and pending projects. Three handouts <br />listing potential projects were distributed. The Council agreed to <br />discuss the projects at this meeting and prioritize at a future meeting <br />after having had an opportunity to review the projects. <br /> <br />Councilmember Scheel and Mayor Duitsman requested that the traffic flow <br />from Ramsey and Anoka County on the eastern side of the City be <br />addressed. <br /> <br />Councilmember Scheel suggested that the <br />traffic pattern to allow for easier access <br />Park. <br /> <br />City <br />to <br /> <br />consider changing the <br />Elk River Industrial <br /> <br />Councilmember Farber requested that the expansion of water and sewer <br />services to east Highway 10 be moved from the pending to the 1993-1997 <br />project list.
