This was done at the time that the trunk line was extended along the abandoned <br />railroad right-of-way at the east side of the plat. Now that the owners have subdivided the <br />property, it would be appropriate for the City to consider accepting this sanitary sewer line <br />as a public facility. The sewer line is eight inches in diameter and constructed of the <br />proper material. <br /> <br />We would recommend that the City accept this line and take responsibility for maintenance <br />and ownership. I believe the appropriate easements to allow access for maintenance have <br />been provided on the final plat.
