<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />HEATING, VENTILATION, AIR CONDITIONING AND <br />GAS FITTING PERMIT FEES <br /> <br />FEES REQUIRED <br /> <br />The Chief Building Inspector, before issuing any permit for the <br />installation, alteration, or repair of any heating, <br />ventilation, and air conditioning appliance items, connections <br />or appendages and all gas piping, or gas fixtures, or device <br />shall require the payment by the applicant for such permit of <br />fees in the amount herein. <br /> <br />MINIMUM FEE <br /> <br />In no case shall the fee charged for any permit issued by the <br />Chief Building Inspector be less than $18.00. <br /> <br />MAXIMUM FEE <br /> <br />In no case shall the fee charged for any permit issued by the <br />Chief Building Inspector be more than $100.00 for a single <br />family home. <br /> <br />PERMIT FEE <br />APPLIANCE <br />PIPING <br /> <br />FOR HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR CONDITIONING <br />ITEMS, CONNECTIONS OR APPENDAGES, INCLUDING GAS <br /> <br />For any permit for the installation, alteration, or repair of <br />the above-referenced items, the fee shall be one percent (1%) <br />of the valuation of the work or as calculated under the Uniform <br />Mechanical Code, whichever is greater. <br />
