It should serve as a reminder that WCA <br />implementation is being closely watched by many concerned <br />groups. Personally, I believe that Minnesota Local units <br />of Government have done and will continue to do an <br />outstanding job of implementing WCA. That doesn't mean <br />there won't be some challenges. Any law of this <br />magnitude must stand many tests from all sides. Just <br />remember to document your decisions, give it your best <br />shot, and more often than not, we will all be able to <br />share in successful implementation of WCA.
